By using the Bedroots app or website (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

1. What Bedroots provides

AI visualisations and indicative bills of materials to help you plan a garden. Designs, quantities and prices are estimates for guidance only. Confirm measurements, availability and prices with the retailer before buying, and consult a professional for structural or safety-critical work.

2. AI-generated content

Visualisations are computer-generated interpretations and may differ from a real-world result. They are not a guarantee of appearance, fit or outcome.

3. Third-party retailers

Product links lead to independent retailers. We are not responsible for their products, prices, availability, delivery or service. Purchases are a contract between you and the retailer. Some links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the Service, per our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse or disrupt the Service or use it unlawfully.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, AI outputs or third-party retailers. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under law.
